Signed approximately seventeen (17) multi-disciplinary team reports involving special education or potential special education students as a psychologist when in fact he was not and knew that was not a psychologist.

Case No. 92027, Max Allen:
Failed to provide local school board president and board members with specific budget information, failed to complete the 1991-92 budget properly, and misrepresented compliance with Rule 10 requirements.

NPPC Case No. 96-4, Case No. 95034, Rodney Boss:
Pled no contest and found guilty of the misdemeanor offense of false statement by an employee regarding unemployment benefits. Was fined $250, required to make restitution of $2,002, and to serve 100 hours of community service.

NPPC Case No. 97-6, Case No. 96027, Justin L. Bossman:
Although Respondent pled guilty to a felony charge for striking his step-daughter with a closed fist on her buttocks and anal area, the court did not accept the plea. Consequently, the Commission did conclude that Respondent had committed an immoral act which was also an act involving moral turpitude, and issued a public reprimand.

NPPC Case No. 99-9, Case No. 98019, Richard Brommer:
The Respondent, at the time of a school superintendent, received compensation in excess of the amount specified in his contract without formal approval of the board. This was in the form of certain tools and equipment that he received which were paid for by the school districit. Additionally, the Respondent misrepresented information to the Nebraska School Activities Association regarding the head boy's basketball coach.

NPPC Case No. 00-5, William Schernikau:
Respondent made a fraudulent statement and failed to disclose material facts for which he was responsible to the Lincoln Public Schools in connection with a workman's compensation claim.

NPPC Case No. 00-8, Harold Jones:
The Respondent sexually harassed another educator.

NPPC Case No. 0207, Case No. 01005, Rebecca Mannigel:
Respondent spent several hours with a sixteen-year-old male student (not one of Respondent's students) during which time the student consumed alcohol. Respondent admitted to a lie to the student, the student's mother, and law enforcement respecting some of the evening's events and her involvement. The Respondent was found not guilty in the Seward County court of misdemeanor charges filed in that county.

NPPC Case No. 03-06, Case No. 02004, Paul Votruba:
Respondent used school district computer equipment to view, download, or forward sexually explicit pictures.

NPPC Case No. 03-07, Case No. 02007, Jeffrey Shane Talkington:
Respondent used school district equipment to view, download, or forward sexually explicit pictures.

NPPC Case No. 04-15, Case No. 03047, David Irwin:
Respondent was prohibited from having contact with a specified female in a Protection Order entered in Platte County, Nebraska. He violated that Protection Order and was found guilty of a misdemeanor. Respondent also made demeaning comments about Mitchell High School at a basketball game where he was the coach for Gordon Public School. Respondent further submitted two insufficient funds checks for payment of rent on school district property.

NPPC Case No. 06-05, Case No. 05012, Mary Margaret Keasling:
Respondent used inappropriate methods in attempts to control or modify the behavior of a special education student; was dishonest and encouraged a special education student to be dishonest to his parents in order to get a para-professional terminated; and was dishonest with a school official when confronted about taking pictures in the home of a para-professional.
