NPPC Case No. 96-3, Case No. 95033, Michael Kitt: Pled guilty to the offense of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class I misdemeanor. (Plea agreement whereby State of NE agreed to dismiss a charge of procuring alcohol for a minor.) NPPC recommendation - Suspension for two years from and after the date of the final action taken by the State Board - State Board decision - Five year revocation.
NPPC Case No. 96-6, Case No. 96010, Douglas Vance: Respondent falsified application form answering "no" to the question, "Have you ever had a certificate or license revoked or suspended?" (see Case No. 90049); brought photographs of nude men and women to class he was substitute teaching which were discovered by students; approached female student showed her photograph of nude male and asked her if he could photograph her. NPPC recommendation - permanent revocation. State Board decision - concurred with NPPC.

Ketterling: Pled ANo Contest@ to the Class III Felony of purchasing videotape which contains depictions of sexually explicit conduct which has a child as one of its participants or portrayed observers. NPPC recommendation - permanent revocation. State Board decision - concurred with NPPC. PPC Case No. 97-5, Case No. 96012, Tamara K. Larson: Respondent falsified reports regarding post-graduate hours and was paid $1,482. more than she was eligible to receive. Respondent also was found guilty of one count of theft for writing unauthorized checks on the Banner County Education Association while sec./treas. and was sentenced to one year probation for the check charge. NPPC recommendation - Two-year revocation. State Board decision - concurred with NPPC.
