NPPC Case No. 05-08, Case No. 05016, Kathie Andrews: Respondent pled no contest to a Class II Misdemeanor of Attempted Theft involving the theft of money belonging to the Cross County Education Association. NPPC Case No. 05-10, Case No. 05038, Dawn Lenea Reiser: Respondent was found guilty of two counts of indecency with a child-contact and two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child in the State of Texas, and sentenced to eight years incarceration. NPPC recommendation - permanent revocation. State Board decision - concurred.
NPPC Case No. 05-12, Case No. 05026, Robert L. Rabe: Respondent wrote personal notes to a seventeen-year-old female student that made the student and her family uncomfortable. NPPC recommendation - five year revocation. State Board decision - concurred.
NPPC Case No. 05-14, Case No. 05039, Terry Schmutte: Respondent was found guilty of attempted sexual assault/minor-first-degree, a felony, in the State of Nebraska, and sentenced to ten to twelve years incarceration. NPPC recommendation - permanent revocation. State Board decision - concurred.
